Mont Saint-Michel and its Bay inspire us in the creation of our dishes, and the name of the establishment had to reflect our values and inspirations. La Salicorne, this emblematic marine plant of the Normandy and Brittany coasts, symbolizes the entire ecosystem of the Bay on its own.
Whether you are a lover of traditional cuisine or a fan of world cuisine, let yourself be surprised by our flavor combinations, largely inspired by the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, but also by our desire for travel and discovery. With a change of card and name, La Salicorne offers a world cuisine that is modern, colorful, and festive.
The menu of this brasserie features a land and sea alliance drawing its energy from the Bay of Mont St Michel, with dishes such as its lamb tagine with Salicornia.
To share, our essential Norman board highlights our region and our local producers, sure to delight the taste buds of all lovers of our terroir.
We place great importance on centering the plate with true values and the taste of the products.
